1. After purchasing, you will receive an email with the address to ship your hair.
2. First AND last names must match the names on your order and package.
3. New closure / frontal piece is REQUIRED.
4. Old bundles can be used, but hair must be cleaned, detangled, and detached from the wig cap before mailing off. (PLEASE NO CUT-UP WEFTS)
5. For custom color, please text the inspiration picture to (929)-553-1764 BEFORE booking.
6. T-part closures are not accepted. If you are unsure what kind of lace you want, please (929)-553-1764.
7. Once hair is received, please allow 5-7 business days to complete your unit.
8. Hair must be sent within two weeks after purchase. If not, the order will be refunded.
9. If you have questions, text (929)-553-1764 with your name and order number.
10. If you need your wig express shipped, please text (929)-553-1764 before placing your order with the date you need your wig by & the soonest date you can have your wig shipped or dropped off. If the date is able to be accommodated, you will be sent an invoice for payment of your order.
